The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust does not support flexi-schooling across its schools. Our decision is based on a commitment to ensuring consistency, continuity, and equality of access for all pupils. We believe that full-time attendance provides the best opportunity for children to benefit from the curriculum, social interaction, and pastoral support that our schools offer.
Flexi-schooling can create challenges in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, safeguarding, and assessment. It also impacts our ability to deliver a coherent educational experience and meet statutory requirements for attendance and progress monitoring.
While we appreciate that families may seek alternative arrangements for a variety of reasons, our priority is to provide a stable and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. For these reasons, we are unable to accommodate flexi-schooling within our Trust schools. We will consider part time timetables to support children who have specific needs and context, but these are for up to 6 weeks before being reviewed.
