GCSE Results 2023:
The school will be open from 9.00am - 10.30am for students to collect and celebrate their results on Thursday 24 August. Please can we remind you that students have to collect their results in person. We can post or email out results, but we need an email (please ask them to send an email to exams@kjar.org.uk) or handwritten note from your child to confirm this. If they need a hard copy posted to them, they will need to provide a stamped addressed envelope. Please note that the school will not be able to give GCSE results to anyone else (including parents/carers) without a student's written consent, they should name that person in their note/email and photo ID should be brought into school.
What if I am not happy with a result?
If you are not happy with a result, you should contact the relevant Head of Department for the subject and Mrs Pennington - Exams Officer via (exams@kjar.org.uk) for post results services. This dialogue can help you decide which service you might consider, if you believe there has been an error made in the marking of one of your papers / components.
The forms (below) will be available from the exams team on results day or via email. You will need to let the Exams Teams know if you wish to query any results. There is a graphic here, to support these decisions. Once completed forms will need to be sent to the Senior Site front Office with payment:
